Q. What does Outspan Technologies do?
A. We provide an outsourced IT solution for your business. We do everything from server installations to general desktop support and provide a full IT management service.
Q. Why choose Outspan Technologies?
A. We believe we offer a highly efficient, personal and professional service at an affordable price. We have built up strong relationships with our customers over the years whilst always maintaining the high standards that they have come to expect from us.
Q. How does the service operate?
A. It varies from client to client but generally we arrange a scheduled site visit either once a week, bi-weekly or monthly and then perform any maintenance, support, upgrades etc that are required on that visit.
Q. What if my requirements need to be more flexible?
A. We offer a tailored solution dependent on your needs. If you don't require a regular scheduled site visit then we can simply call out on demand instead.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract and if so, how long?
A. Currently we don't tie down our clients to a contract so you are not committed to any set payments.
Q. How much is this service?
A. We charge at an hourly rate for any work that is done. Please contact us for more details on this.
Q. What if there is an emergency, can you call out straightaway?
A. Emergencies do happen and where necessary we are usually able to have someone on-site within 1 - 2 hours.
Q. Do you offer remote support or telephone support?
A. Yes, of course. Ideally we will try to solve most issues either via a remote connection to your system or with the user over the phone.
